Job DescriptionYou will report to the Operations Manager and Executive Chef. Your roles and responsibilities would be as follows:Staff training and developmentStaff schedulesAbility to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standardsImplement strict Health and Safety protocols and initiate training with staff on a regular basisEnsure compliance with operational standards, company policiesResponsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and serviceMaintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standardsWork with head office / suppliers for efficient provisioning and purchasing of suppliesSupervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste
