As Conference coordinator, you will need to plan, organize and run the event seamlessly with a team. You should also enjoy upselling, as sales for the leisure side of the hotel is also included in the job and comes with a commission structure! Please note: This is a live out position in Magaliesburg 

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Flexible and willing to help in other areas of the business as needed to function as part of the team.

Experience

At least 2-3 years Banqueting/ Conference and Events Management experience in a 4 or 5 star environment (Essential)Good understanding of 5 star establishments and the standards expectedA proven record of organising and managing events from reservation to execution.
