You will be working closely with the executive team to develop effective strategies, maximize revenue, and overall profitability of the Wellbeing department.Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team and has a strong understanding of exceptional guest experiences.Someone with a huge personality and ability to and creating a positive atmosphere for guest and team members.Is a team player, has excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.Has a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and is up to date with the latest Wellness trends and practices, globally.Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior spa & wellness leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
