Full job descriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Dispatch Manager’s primary function is to provide professional, efficient and accurate service by checking all material for radio activity, assist dispatch manager with daily planning, verify stock levels, ensure quality is according to the correct standards as well as ensuring that all health and safety measures are adhered to. Responsibilities (NOT limited to the below)Daily planning of department needs with the Dispatch/ Production Managers.Manage attendance & timekeeping of employees, receive sick notes, follow up on late-comings.Adhere to health and Safety regulations for department and staff.

Education
NQF Level 5 Qualification in Logistics or Project Management.
Experience
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position.Logistic experience.Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) with advanced excel experience,
