Job Description:As an Event Coordinator you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events. From corporate conferences to weddings and everything in between, you will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure flawless event experiences. Your exceptional organizational and administrative skills will be put to the test as you manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines. With your own transportation, you'll have the flexibility to travel to various event locations throughout Johannesburg and the surrounding areas. 

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.

Experience

Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
