Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained throughout the resort.Responsibilities:Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the resort.Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and performance.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment.Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient turnaround of guest rooms and common areas.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.Monitor departmental budget and expenses and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
