Responsibilities:Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersDrafting of emails and communication to all staffTravel ManagementExecutive travel arrangements including visa applications, flight and accommodation bookings, transfers and travel itinerariesDiary ManagementManage the executives calendars, setting up meetings both internally and externally, and complex diary management through effective prioritization

Experience
