Full job descriptionAsara Wine Estate & Hotel (Pty) Ltd in Stellenbosch, Western Cape is looking for a friendly, reliable and detail-orientated team player with excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English) to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate has the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure, should be well presented & well spoken. The position requires you to evaluate cost structures and management practices, identifying areas for improvement to contribute effectively to the organization's profitability and commercial success. You'll work on optimizing working capital management. Your role involves cost reduction, internal audit procedures, business case analysis. You'll prepare budgets and forecasts, maintain internal financial controls and procedures, present financial results to HOD’s and the CEO, and handle compliance-related matters.
