Our 5-star luxury game lodge in the Pilanesberg National Park is looking for an experienced, well-organized, and hands-on Food and Beverage Superviso Purpose of the job To ensure the efficient and profitable running of the Restaurant and bar outlets by careful planning, controlling and coordinating of relevant facets of the Restaurants.
Responsibilities + Skills
Must have a strong focus on increasing salesKnowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
