Job Description
Description: To arrange and follow through all events, functions, and weddings this will include:To sort out any issues and requests from the Restaurant, Events, Functions and or Wedding guests while on duty.To be available for all events, functions, and weddingsTo ensure that all requests/information and details confirmed by guests for the restaurant, events/functions and weddings are communicated correctly to relevant departments eg. i.e. to delegate responsibilities when there are conferences in the lodge. Make sure a person has been assigned to make coffee and tea and look after the guests and write the sign on the board puts water down for conferences and follows instructions on the schedule and To make sure that food goes out in time and well-presented and that guests are happy with their food.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Code E/ EB / 08 Motor vehicle license is required.Continued professional development relevant to the industry and position will be a requirement.Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Experience
At least 2-3 years F&B or Banqueting and Events Management / Coordinator experience in a 4 or 5 star environment (Essential)Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
