A boutique guest lodge, situated on a farm in Stellenbosch, is seeking an experienced, mature Guest House Manageress to manage the day-to-day operation, reporting directly to the owners.RESPONSIBILITIES:Administration:Taking and management of reservations on NightsbridgeCheck guests in and outScheduling of staff rostersTracking staff working hoursPrepare the salary paymentsPreparation of Creditor payments and filingMonthly stock take of supplies and linen
Responsibilities + Skills
Managing the laundry and ensuring the linen's quality is maintained and on par
Education
Ensure rooms and public areas are cleanedTraining of staffEnsure sufficient cleaning supplies are available, ordering of stock and controlling thereof
