description:The client requires an experienced Payroll administrator to administer the hotel's payroll for approx 30+ employees.Prepare and collect monthly payroll inputsCapture the monthly payroll inputsCheck monthly payroll for errorsSubmit all 3rd party payroll report to the Finance Department for paymentFile all appropriate information for record keepingProcess personnel administrationDistribute payslipsHandle staff queries related to remuneration, benefits and employment conditionsProvide general assistance to Branches in generalCompile and distribute relevant communication to employees, e.g. Letters of appointment, increase letters, etc.Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reportsLiaise with Service ProvidersGeneral administrative support to the Human Resources team
