As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Guest Check-in/Check-out: Manage the guest check-in and check-out process efficiently and with a smile, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and offer local area recommendations.Reservation Management: Handle reservations via phone, email, and in person, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded in the system.Billing and Payments: Process payments, generate invoices, and manage guest accounts with accuracy and professionalism.Administrative Support: Assist with other front desk duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs.
