Full job descriptionHR Administrator - Portfolio of Hotels - Durban, KZNSynopsis: Join our clients as an HR Administrator for a portfolio of hotels based on the breathtaking North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. We're seeking a skilled professional who can hit the ground running, managing HR administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. If you have experience in WSP's, return on earnings, and possess a comprehensive understanding of HR administration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Duties:Oversee and manage HR administrative tasks for a portfolio of hotels.Coordinate workforce skills development by handling Workplace Skills Plans (WSP's) effectively.Monitor and manage the return on earnings within the HR department.Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Handle employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Education

Experience
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar HR administrator role.Proven experience in dealing with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP's) and return on earnings.
