One of the TOP banks in S.A. is looking for experienced legal and investment banking candidates to join their roll-out project for a 6-12 month period. This is a hybrid role, 2 days' a week at the office.Responsibilities:Interpret legal documentation related to dealsCash flow and calculationsInterpretation of complex dataLiaise with various stakeholders internally and externallyCapture data in the loans systemWork on tight deadlines to meet client expectationsArrange conference callsManage portfolio of dealsWork with high volumesCoordination of lender and borrowerData testing for migration
