Job Duties:Provide support and maintain VOIP InfrastructureMonitoring voice serversCreating user profiles for Cisco phonesAssisting with integrations with external partiesTroubleshoot of the telephony systemMonitoring call recordingsConducting back upsConfigure, troubleshoot and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructureConfiguring, supporting and maintaining Cisco switches on the LANCreating architectural diagrams for the IPT SystemSetting up new network links and cross connectsLiaise and correspond with third party suppliers for quotations and ordersMonthly reporting
