A Digital Agency based in Cape Town is looking for a Junior – Mid-Level Admin Assistant to join their team. Your main responsibility will be to assist with IT support ticketing and arrangements around this. DUTIES:Following up on tickets.Liaise with HR.IT Requisitions checks.Ordering of stock and equipment.Daily reporting of ticketing.Asset tracking (everything) with labelling.Basic account creation and password resets.Documenting resolutions of issues to establish trends and increase future response times.Ensuring issues reported via WhatsApp and Email get assigned to the appropriate person.Follow-ups on tasks to ensure projects are seen through to the end.Writing letters and following through for signature and that the purpose of the letter is seen through until completion when technical changes need to be made.First to call person to also log issues.Track and report on the whereabouts of 2 technicians.Ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained of notebooks, PCs, networking equipment, screens, printers etc.Keeping track of assets.Daily checks where required.
