This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and requires strong relationship management skills.Key Responsibilities: General AdministrationManage email correspondence: assess, assign, resolve, and close matters.Prepare AGM notices and attend meetings.Ensure legal compliance and accurate meeting minutes or recordings.Insurance ManagementCoordinate with brokers to renew and update annual policies.Ensure fire equipment servicing and documentation.Manage insurance claims and dispatch service providers.Financial OversightObtain and distribute audited financial statements.Coordinate with accountants and auditors.Ensure timely communication and approvals before AGMs.Documentation & ComplianceDistribute notices via email, hand delivery, or post.Update conduct rules in consultation with trustees.Assist with rule registration and legal consultations.Office Maintenance
