Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Thorough knowledge of all valuation methods / methodologyAble to do complex valuation calculations e.g. discounted cash flows etcKnowledge of the agricultural property markets
Experience
3-4 years be registered at the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession as either a Candidate Valuer or a Professional Associated Valuer
