Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for commercial customers.A comprehensive knowledge of all systems currently used in FNB Commercial.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.Train and support new frontline teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.Provide guidance and assistance to frontline sales teams, solving complex issues as they arise.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new team members effectively.Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex issues.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on commercial customers.
