The ideal candidate will be resourceful and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.Responsibilities:Managing and Scheduling the Director's online meetings.Manage International Travel arrangements when needed.Keep up to date with general communication on all platforms.Property Administration:Assist with Commercial and Residential Property Maintenance and getting quotes, reconciling monthly rentals received and statements.

Experience
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
