Full job description Overview: Come join our team at a prestigious Game Reserve in the Western Cape as a Field Guide/FOH. We're in search of an experienced, well-presented individual with a love for wildlife and guest satisfaction. As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, guiding activities, and maintaining the reserve's high standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead guided guest experiences and activities within the reserve. Conduct insightful guided walks showcasing local flora and fauna. Assist guests during check-in, orientation, and addressing their needs. Act as a bridge between guests and various reserve departments. Operate, maintain, and clean company vehicles. Aid in reserve management tasks such as game capture and monitoring programs. Support personnel administration and timekeeping. Assist with stock and inventory control. Foster positive relationships with guests and landowners.
