A prestigious estate in Stellenbosch is seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to fulfill the following duties:Answer incoming external and internal calls on the switchboardProviding relevant information pertaining to inquiries, bookings, and services related to the estateAccurate taking of messages and ensuring these are forwarded to the necessary individualsWelcoming guests arriving at the reception areaAttend to any inquiries, requests or complaintsDirecting guests to areas as requiredRepresent the estate as an ambassador when on dutyContinuous promotion and upselling of the Estate and Hotel facilities and rooms

Have the ability to work under pressure and multi-taskPrevious hotel reception experience required and able to work shifts
Education
