If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a knack for delivering exceptional guest experiences, this role is for you!What You’ll Be Doing:Night Owl Duties: Manage the overnight audit process, ensuring all transactions are accurate and ready for the next day’s check-outs.Guest Relations: Assist late-night guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all their needs are met with the highest level of courtesy and efficiency.Attention to Detail: Review guest payments and daily reports, balancing cash-ups and ensuring all guest folios are correctly processed.
