Description:As the Front of House / Admin / PA, you will play a key role in managing reservations, overseeing guest communication, and ensuring smooth operations across various departments. You will be the face of the lodge, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest needs, and supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Reservations & Front Office: Manage bookings and liaise with guests and agencies via Nightsbridge.Guest Services: Facilitate seamless guest communication, special requests, and coordinate activities and excursions.Administrative Tasks: Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and stock control.Operational Oversight: Supervise housekeeping and restaurant operations, maintaining high standards throughout the lodge.Guest Interaction: Greet guests

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Appearance: Professional and approachable with attention to detail in maintaining reception areas.

Experience

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star establishment is advantageous.
