Full job descriptionJD Specialized Recruitment are currently assisting a coastal family hotel in the Eastern Cape to identify a vibrant and guest centric RESERVATIONIST.RequirementsIndustry related diploma or degree.Minimum of 3 years of dedicated group reservations experience (FIT’s and Group Itineraries) in a similar position at a 4- or 5-star group is essential.Proficient in reservation systems (BOH Experience in these systems), MS Office, Word & Excel.Exceptional communication skills and high level of telephone etiquette.Detailed orientated, organized and have a positive nature.Willingness to assist in other areas when needed.Stable employment history and contactable references
