Kendrick Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Reservations Consultant to join our clients team.The primary objective of this role is to provide exemplary service, enriching the guest experience, and optimizing revenue streams while offering expert travel advice.The ideal candidate need a strong background in the luxury retail travel industry or luxury lodge experience and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Build and nurture relationships by facilitating bookings for accommodations and logistics services.Maintain strong partnerships with client advisors and travel agents worldwide.Utilize and master various systems including Springer Miller, Wetu, Travelogic, and LeanKit for efficient reservation management.Handle administrative tasks to create and finalize bookings with precision and attention to detail.
