Established privately owned family Restaurant in Jhb South is looking for a Restaurant Manager with 4 or more years Restaurant management experience. Applicants must have good front & back of house management experience. Ability to manage and train staff is essential. Main duties will include floor management, customer relations, stock management and general Restaurant administration.Looking for a well-spoken candidate fluent in English. Must have strong time management and organizing skills with the ability to multi-task. Must be able to do cash-ups / staff rostering and must be skilled in opening and closing procedures. Looking for a well-groomed candidate who works well in a team.
