Our Restaurant situated in East London is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the Restaurant and Staff and to ensure Guest satisfaction at all times.Main duties include but not limited to:Ensure effective staff planning to provide the exceptional service deliveryEnsure correct set-up, according to required standards.Ensure stipulated food cycle & quality / taste / presentation as per standardEnsure all standard procedure are in place – opening / closing paperwork are implemented daily / staff requirements met (uniform, tools, prep,etc.)
