Full job descriptionModern restaurant located in Silverlakes Pretoria is currently looking for a Back of House Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a kitchen management role, with a strong background in a la carte restaurant / hotel environment. Must have a OHS certificate and have a strong understanding health and food safety. The ability to effectively coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation is essential.

Key responsibilities will include kitchen hygiene management, stock management, variances, and stock reporting. The successful applicant must possess excellent staff management skills and must be capable of leading a kitchen brigade.
