Full job descriptionModern restaurant located in Silverlakes Pretoria is currently looking for a Back of House Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a kitchen management role, with a strong background in a la carte restaurant / hotel environment. Must have a OHS certificate and have a strong understanding health and food safety. The ability to effectively coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation is essential.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Key responsibilities will include kitchen hygiene management, stock management, variances, and stock reporting. The successful applicant must possess excellent staff management skills and must be capable of leading a kitchen brigade. The restaurant is seeking a candidate with a hands-on management style and the ability to multitask. Salary R 10 12 K net.
