Job DescriptionOur client seeks an Administrator who will play an integral role in the guest service and organizational strength of the lodge. This candidate will be the keystone of procurement and logistics. The administrator will provide support to all departments as well as greet and assist guests, they should have good verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task is a must. The candidate will be involved in a lot of different aspects of the lodge, so each day is never the same.Overseeing office organization – (Emails and Telephone)Supplier relationshipsOrder stock as requested by each department & ensure all orders were received and follow up on backorder or any credits due

Must be PC proficientAbility/Willingness to learnTeam playerAbility to work under pressure and be list/task orientated

Education

Single Accommodation, Meals on duty, Lights & Water, Maid Service and Laundry Service, Uniforms annually,Cycle 3 weeks on and 1 week off/month (however if there is a candidate that is from our area and would like to work Monday-Friday this will be considered).
