Full job descriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing) uses various sourcing strategies and techniques aimed at the passive candidate market, to proactively build Talent pipelines which will support us in achieving a high-quality, cost-effective and timely filling of critical roles.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies across the TA function and strive to be a Talent ambassador for the Mr Price Group employer brand at every interaction.

Education
Qualifications: Grade 12 and a completed degree or diploma preferably in HRM, Marketing or equivalent
Experience
5-7 years of relevant experience within an internal Talent Acquisition function or in a Recruitment Agency.
