Job Description
Responsible for staff training within the Group. Identify the training needs of employees and develop and organise programmes to meet those needs. This role is a 2IC to the Training and Development Manager and will assist with the various tasks.

Bachelor in Training and Development degree BTD or/ Diploma in Occupational
Experience
Skills Development Facilitator Certificate ESSENTIAL5 years sound experience as a Skills Development FacilitatorShould be qualified SDF, OD ETDP Practitioner, preferably a training specialist
