Full job descriptionJob Description:Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for youth ages 3-17, including games, sports, arts and crafts, and educational programsSupervise and monitor youth activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participantsBuild positive relationships with youth and their families, providing emotional support and guidance as neededCollaborate with other youth counselors and crew members to plan and execute ship-wide events and activitiesMaintain accurate records of youth participation and behavior, and report any concerns to the Youth Program ManagerEnsure compliance with all safety and security protocols, as well as company policies and procedures
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, education, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth, preferably in a camp, school, or recreational setting
