Job Description
Supervise and monitor youth activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participantsBuild positive relationships with youth and their families, providing emotional support and guidance as neededCollaborate with other youth counselors and crew members to plan and execute ship-wide events and activitiesMaintain accurate records of youth participation and behavior, and report any concerns to the Youth Program Manager
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, education, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth, preferably in a camp, school, or recreational settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with youth and their families
