Position Description:We are looking for a dynamic, creative and energetic Allocator to join our team.AS THE ALLOCATOR YOU WILL:Analyse merchandise performance and relevant outcomes proposedImplement the Product strategy effectivelyReview weekly & monthly figuresManage the replenishment of stockCollaborative partnerships with internal and external suppliers established and maintainedWork with Planners and Buyers to fully implement the Merchandise StrategyStore and merchandise-related (style and sizing) analysisLiaise with suppliers, stores and the Distribution Centre regarding queriesMonitor the delivery of stock and take appropriate actionEffectively communicate with stores and field

A high degree of numeracy and a detailed and strategic approach to workStrong business acumen and merchant thinkingThe ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels
Education
Matric essential (relevant tertiary Business Qualification would be advantageous)2+ years experience in allocations
