Full job descriptionAssistant Food & Beverage ManagerPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The Assistant F&B Manager will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishments and banquet services, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management:Assist in the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars and other facilities.Monitor service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.2. Staff Supervision and Training:Supervise and mentor F&B staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high levels of professionalism and efficiency.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and product knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet operational requirements while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
