Members Lifestyle Estate is currently looking for an Asst F&B Manager to add value to the client experiencesupports the Food and Beverage Manager by managing all Food & Beverage outletsManaging staff performance and serviceAssumes responsibility as “Duty Manager” for the Club whilst on dutyManages all food cost, beverage cost and operating equipment, then investigates variancesImplements staff development and training initiatives

Education
Jonas and Jarrison or similar POSBudgeting and forecasting skills will be an advantage
Experience
4 years experience in a similar role or 3 years Managerial experience
