Job Description
A prestigious property within the Sabi Sand is looking for an Assistant Lodge Manager. The role of the Assistant Lodge Manager is to support the lodge manager in overseeing lodge operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in accordance with the service vision and creative concepts of the Lodge. Key responsibilities include reporting to the Lodge Manager, maintaining excellent guest relations, upholding high standards of housekeeping and maintenance, and managing lodge staff training. Effective financial management, daily administration of concierge and reception duties, and active participation in conservation initiatives are also integral to the position. Additionally, the Assistant Lodge Manager may be required to perform other tasks as reasonably requested, in alignment with a collaborative culture.

Experience
Minimum of 4 years of work experience, ideally with 2 years as a trainee in a well-recognized five-star hotel or world-class lodge, in an assistant management role.
