A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)
Experience
At least 3-5 years Hospitality experience in a Supervisory role (Essential)Good understanding of 4/5 star lodge operations, especially Food and Beverage, Front of house, Duty management and Hosting (Essential)
