Job Description
This role’s primary function is to maintain the service standards of the client through on-the–floor management and supervision. It requires the individual Assistant Lodge Manager to interact with guests daily and ensure that their stay at venue is as memorable as possible. This person has to be wherever the action is so strong time-management and planning skills are essential. It is ideal for someone who has come from the lodge industry who understands the personalised attention to detail required for the job. The assistant lodge managers will run each lodge individually. So this is quite a big role that needs experience and expertise in 5 Star Fine Dining Elite .

Education
Highly computer Literate with working knowledge of MS word, Excel and Outlook. Some exposure to Opera advantageous
Experience
3-4 years work experience in a well-recognized five star Hotel or Lodge.Grade 12 and or a Hospitality Diploma will be advantages
