Job Description
Job Objectives:To ensure all suppliers are booked timeously by taking into account floor capacity, volume and late deliveriesTo assist in the planning of staff requirements based on volume and ensure that its aligned to the planned budgetTo report on supplier activity and inform stakeholders of any out of cycle deliveriesTo ensure that the KPI board is completed correctly and monitor the receiving schedule boardTo ensure that relevant parties are informed of the supplier delivery scheduleTo ensure all PO’s are allocated, printed, closed and sent to the relevant departmentsTo adhere to statutory health and safety requirements, housekeeping standards and all other internal policies to ensure compliance
