You will be the first point of contact for potential guests and play a vital role in maximizing occupancy while maintaining high standards of customer care.
Responsibilities + Skills
Proficiency in using hotel reservation software systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.Sales skills with the ability to upsell and recommend additional services to guests.
Education
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in a reservations role or customer service position within the hospitality industry is advantageous.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
