The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including financial planning, financial statements, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is highly advantageous.Description:As the Director of Finance, you will be a key member of the hotel’s leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will manage a team of approximately 12 associates in the finance and purchasing departments, ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing financial strategies, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and preparing detailed financial reports. You will play a critical role in guiding the hotel’s financial planning and decision-making processes to drive growth and profitability.
