Responsibilities + Skills
Proficiency with computer systems; experience with Micros and Opera is advantageous.Strong financial acumen, including cost control, budgeting, and departmental budget management.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Education
Hospitality-related qualification essential.At least 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 5-star establishment.Proven track record of leading a successful Food & Beverage team.Experience in a leading hotel or similar high-end environment.
