Education
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with guests and team membersAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience
Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurantStrong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
