As the Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all guests’ stays are truly memorable.Responsibilities:Fulfill daily front desk tasks to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate the front of house team to deliver outstanding service.Host meals and events, creating unforgettable dining experiences.Anticipate guests’ needs and attend to every detail to enhance their stay.Enhance guest experience through thoughtful touches.

Impeccable personal hygiene and presentation.Leadership skills with prior team management experience.
Education
Hospitality Diploma beneficial, with previous similar role experience.Proficiency in Benson or similar Property Management System (PMS).
