Full job descriptionWhat will you do?The Head of Sales at Miway will be responsible for driving the strategic sales objectives as well as the design, implementation and management of the sales team. The Head of Sales reports to the Executive Head: Personal Lines and serves as an integral member of the Senior Management team.Directs the operations of a large single or multiple call centres, typically in different locations or with significantly diverse market segments. Oversees operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow for a large single or multiple call centres. Establishes and implements product/service standards for each location to ensure quality and consistency. Analyses operational practices for effectiveness and practicality. May build industry relations, communicating technologies, and operational concerns through industry networking. 

Responsibilities + Skills

Proven track record of meeting and growing sales volumesProven track record of optimising direct sales cost structures

Education

Minimum 8 years management experience in Sales (inbound and outbound)Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organisational change and development within a growing organization
