You’ll manage the team, maintain the facilities, and deliver personalised therapeutic services, all while ensuring health and safety compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement Duties:Lead daily operations across all wellness and recreation areas.Recruit, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a cohesive team.Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of all facilities.Innovate and develop new guest wellness experiences.
