You will be required to provide expert guidance on retrenchments, dispute resolution, disciplinary processes, grievances and engagement with trade unions and regulatory bodies. In addition, you will be required to provide guidance, support, and advice to line management on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations issues.

Education
Ensure labour disputes and grievances are minimized by developing and maintaining effective and pro-active procedures.Lead and manage CCMA disputes including but not limited to arbitrations.Lead and manage and lead trade union meetings.Apply knowledge of South African labour legislation and case law.Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
